A Centenária 2013

This young producer has surprised by the quality of his wines. Born in Paris, this engineer has sought in Dão to make wines with identity, which are the reflection of terroir and tradition. Always looking for old vines. Always looking for the expression of the fruit and less of the wood in their wines.
This wine is special. The aroma is herbaceous and a little earthy, in the mouth it surprises by the softness of the fruit and minerality. A very fine, low-bodied wine, in the Burgundian style, with a soft and persistent finish and a perfect acidity. A very nice and greedy set. Very well!
