Adega Mãe Terroir 2012

The “Adega Mãe”, surely one of the best wineries in the country, in its structure and functionality, presents this top of the range in its first harvest (edition). I had seen some very positive reviews, but there was doubts within me, if indeed a relatively new project like this, would present a wine near excellence. In fact, it surprised me by the positive. A fine aroma of black fruits, complex, some pine .. In the mouth, good structure, wood well integrated, elegant and ending with a good final persistence, even with some acidity that being gastronomic can lead to a good evolution in the bottle and reach the degree of excellence that is asked of a top of the range with this price. To prove it in the future.
