Adega Mãe Espumante Bruto 2015

This first sparkling wine from the “Adega Mãe” fulfills, in my view that I am not a specialist in sparkling wines, at least the minimum requirements. Made from Chardonnay and “Fernão Pires”, it does not have a very fine bubble, but it is very nice and tasty. Excellent to accompany a grilled fish or seafood.
