Another bottle of the “Bágeiras”. Made of “Maria Gomes” and “Bical” castes, as usual. It maintains the usual characteristics and quality. Lots of minerality, little fruit. Crispy acidity. It harmonizes well with many dishes, including the piglet. You can drink it now, or else keep it for many years.
