These wines from “Colares” are very small productions. This is one of them. And we know that theses wine are to save in our cellar. But we are of the opinion that when you put a wine on the market, it should show at least some of its potential. This wine was very poor, both in the aroma and in the palate. The salinity is not obvious, and acidity is not beyond. It is pleasant, but somewhat tasteless. At least when you drink it now. If it’s going to evolve positively into a bottle, that’s something we can’t predict.
