Note: The partnership wine4people/partners is based on a strategy of dissemination, admiration and defense of what is best done with wine in this country.

“Álvaro de Castro”, a restless character, is always trying to innovate. With the harvest of the “Carrocel” 2011 vineyard decided not to bottle all the wine at the same time. He saved some in barrels that were bottled later. Hence the late release. The theory is that the later the wine is bottled, the less oscillations will have in the bottle. That is, it will be a more ready and stable wine. This will be evaluated in a proof that we have scheduled, in which we will simultaneously prove the 4 versions of Carrocel 2011 that exist.
For now, this late release is not lush in aroma. Feel more wood in the nose. In the mouth the fruit is felt, it is silky and elegant, full bodied, the wood is well integrated, and has a somewhat acidic finish. You can still save it for a long time. But it’s a pleasure already drink it.
Price: 63€
