A partnership between Eben Sadie and Dirk Niepoort. The grapes are of the first (several native grape varieties) and Dirk goes to South Africa to participate in oenology. And they make a wine of Charm fashion. That is, a Burgundian wine. Pale red color. Vegetable aroma. In the mouth it is soft, very elegant and with prolonged finish. Little body, but lots of elegance and flavor. Well done. And an acidity that denotes that the wine will last a lot. Until recently, it was still available on the Niepoort Projects website.
