The name of the wine is a tribute to the Swiss roots of the producers. 100% “arinto” from old vines. Oenology by “Sandra Tavares da Silva”. Very, very fresh citrus aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, with the barrel helping the fruit to manifest itself. Very nice finish, with salty acidity. You can drink it it now, but it will last a long time in the bottle. What a beautiful “arinto”!
