Ontem 2016

Fine aroma, wild red fruit, currant, it doesn’t have much body, some acidity but with soft tannins, it finishes a little vegetable, perhaps still young. The concept of the wines Ontem consists of little intervention on the vineyards. I am very curious to try again in a while and see if natural wines as they are called, of quality as seen in this one, can withstand time. We are waiting.
