Perhaps the most well-known of the Australian companies, Penfolds does not usually leave its credits by the hands of others. And this syrah proves it. Plenty of color. Intense aroma of mint. In the mouth it is spicy, intense and at the same time velvety. Powerful, with a marked body, but with elegance (it is not easy to combine these 2 characteristics). Round, tasty, and with a very persistent finish. There are those who say that these Australian Syrahs are cloying. I totally disagree. This is a wine that anyone likes. And nothing sickening.
