Wine from a small producer, very young, showing an aroma, initially, a little chemical, closed, but gradually opening up and noticing red fruit, some acidity is true, damaging the elegance but giving it a gastronomic aptitude to intense and seasoned dishes. To prove later to see the evolution and to evaluate whether the 17.5 euros are exaggerated or not.
