This is a wine that surprises for being so basic. Being from Bairrada and having almost 50% of baga grape, it was expected more power and complexity. But it was not the case. A soft wine, easy to drink but easily erased from memory. It does not stop being a gastronomic wine: it accompanied well “bacalhau com natas” (codfish with cream) and a loin of black pork.
