Being the first wine of this house, signed by the winemaker Fábio Fernandes, together with Diogo Lopes, but with great influence from the young man responsible for the great surprise that is the wine of his personal project, Pégaso, we tasted this single variety, unusual in Alentejo. and which alone arouses our curiosity and comparison.
People may ask themselves then, will it be a wine of the same style?. No…not at all, this Alentejo Baga is surprising. The open color immediately takes us to a completely different wine, less extracted and smoother. The aroma, red fruit, raspberry, strawberry, with some intensity. On the palate, the earthiness of the variety and lightness, a light, tasty wine with good acidity, gastronomic with almost everything, even with sushi, one of those that you drink quickly, between two fingers of conversation and in an instant you have to open another one. . If the label is beautiful, even better what’s inside, a unique wine that won’t leave anyone indifferent and if it weren’t for a limited edition that probably won’t be repeated, it could become a cult wine.
