I begin by saying that I am neither a great fancier nor a great connoisseur of sparkling wines. And then those sweet things, I do not even see them. This sparkling wine was a very nice accompaniment of a fish dish. Made of “encruzado” and “bical”, having had internship of 24 months in basement. Aroma soft to yellow fruits. In the mouth the bubble is not very thin but the palate is very pleasant. An end also nice and dry.
