With a vibrant color, floral aroma and ripe fruit, fresh on the palate and elegant, it initially impressed, but it was short-lived, quickly lost its liveliness in the glass and became a little dull. The expectation of tasting a Symimgton wine in the Alentejo, namely in the Serra de São Mamede, was high, the disappointment was great. Let’s bet on the next harvests.
