Phelps Creek “Les Stagiaires” 2016

Les Stagiaires is a tribute to a key group in many harvests around the world, the interns. They work from dawn until late hours, often free of charge, because unfortunately there is still a culture of exploitation of others, with the false argument that they are being taught, when they are just extra labor! On the other hand, there are also producers and managers who realize that the work of a happy and motivated team is reflected in the quality, but mainly in the soul of the created product. The aroma is clean, with notes of cherry, strawberries and black plums. On the palate, without being too bulky, it is very elegant, with acidity turning into freshness and well integrated tannins, ending with a long finish.
