100 Hectares Sousão 2016
The 100 Hectares wines, of the two brothers Filipe and André Brás, have surprised me in such a way, for their quality and pleasure of tasting, that I even think, is it because they have my surname. But I quickly remember that I’ve had the pleasure of tasting some of their wines, When I did not even know that they were the producers of these wines. Once again, I was surprised by this grape varietal Sousão.
With an intense deep violet color and fragrant aroma, with notes of black fruits, with some plum, quality wood, it surprises in the mouth, with an excellent structure, vibrant acidity, but soft and persistent tannins, ending with a pleasant freshness and persistence. Gastronomic, accompanied a piglet very well.
Great value for money.
