Bone Dry 2016

There is nothing better than being surprised by some wines. This surprised me, I find the terroir of Bairrada, accompanied by a freshness and elegance that makes it a pleasure at the table. Being Pedro Martin, Sommelier by training, he tried to bring us a wine whose good acidity and fruit, was in line with that gastronomic pleasure, with a good quality-price ratio and that would remain in our memory. I have no doubt that he have achieved it. Thank you Pedro Martin.
