Pegos Claros Vinha 100 anos Grande Escolha 2016

This wine from a century-old vineyard is a portent. Intense fruity aroma, plum, spices, light barrel toast, all very well integrated and even with a certain creaminess. On the palate it is structured, but fine, elegant, a certain earthy character of the region, tasty, ends up asking for more, persistent and extremely balanced. It lives up to the great wines of the region, often overlooked, but that make extraordinary tasting and it is time to give them due value, as this castelão, very well worked by this excellent producer.
