Les Jardins de Babylone 2010

From a wine region not very well known in France (Jurançon), southwest of France, south of Bordeaux, under the influence of heat, the Pyrenees, and the sea, appears white wines of great quality, whether sweet or dry. This dry Jurançon is all mineral. Erased in the aroma, in the mouth overflows with freshness, with a remarkable final acidity. Perhaps the most similar we have are the wines of “Bairrada”. A unique wine, for those who appreciate more minerality and less the fruit (and the barrel).
